Warehouse Manager Job Description

Position Summary

The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse, ensuring efficient shipping, inventory accuracy, and a clean, organized work environment. This position manages outbound shipments, maintains inventory integrity, coordinates with internal and international teams, and ensures warehouse operations support customer and business needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee the daily packing and shipping of outbound products to ensure on-time delivery.
• Monitor and clear the outbound SAP shipping list each day to maintain accurate order processing.
• Perform weekly inventory cycle counts and investigate discrepancies to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Conduct routine inventory counts of service parts and ensure stock levels are accurate and properly documented.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in accordance with company policies and safety standards.
• Ensure all warehouse activities are completed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with company procedures.
• Identify opportunities to improve warehouse processes, inventory control, and operational efficiency.
• Support other warehouse and logistics functions as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience using SAP or similar ERP systems preferred.
• Strong attention to detail required.
• Strong organizational and inventory management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a warehouse environment as needed.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to pass a background check and drug testing
• Must be able to safely handle firearms and follow all applicable laws and safety procedures
